Auditing
Hong Kong law requires that all limited companies incorporated within its jurisdiction annually submit audited financial statements. These audits must be conducted by a Certified Public Accountant in possession of a practising-certificate issued by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. We can be engaged to conduct such auditing in full compliance with both the regulations of this body and all applicable legislation. Moreover, our service can also include preparing the annual profits tax return for your company.
Upon completing an audit we report our findings independently to a company's shareholders, summarising its operating results and financial position. We review and assess the internal controls of a client’s business and then highlight weaknesses or risky areas in which fraud or irregularities are more likely to arise. We can also report to management and propose courses of action to strengthen any weak points we have identified.
